Community-Based Supports
We provide individualized supports that help participants engage safely and confidently in their communities. This may include assistance with daily routines, skill-building activities, and participation in community experiences that promote independence and social connection.
Life Skills Development
Our services focus on strengthening essential life skills that support greater independence. This includes areas such as communication, decision-making, personal responsibility, and adaptive daily living skills based on each individual’s needs and goals.
Community Engagement
